How are my results sorted?
You can search for properties on First Choice Vacation Homes using a variety of options, available in the search box at the top of the listing results page.
However, once your results are returned, how are they sorted? Well, listings on First Choice Vacation Homes are sorted according to the following rules (in priority order):
- Sponsored Listings are always displayed above regular listings
- Listings with a lower average rate are displayed above listings with a higher average rate
This is to ensure the highest quality and the lowest price property listings are displayed first.
