Quality Assessment Service - Three times a year we will undertake an independent assessment of your overseas property. You will then receive a detailed star rated report within days of the audit giving you accurate and independent feedback on your property. This will include pictures and information on how it compares to local, national and international standards. All of this information is online so reduces the need to travel and your carbon footprint!
Customer Surveys - An independent and structured service designed to give you timely customer feed back on their experiences at your villa - know what customers really want and expect.
Asset Management - Tamper proof security labels will be attached to your valuable possessions which are then centrally logged. Three times a year you will receive a reports which will help you plan asset replacement and aid security.
Safety and Legal Service - Every country has its own laws and regulations. Sometimes these are complicated and can be confusing. Our aim is to lighten your load and help you demonstrate that you have taken prudent steps to comply. Three times a year we will complete a full examination of your villa and report your current status to you online.
Accounts Verification - A full examination of your financials will be completed by our Management Accountants. They will produce a comprehensive online report which will include benchmarked information on local, regional and national trends.
