Commercial Retail Store Centers
Retail store centers, referred to as strip centers are available to be built in a large selection of locations and consist of six (6) to eighteen (18) stores in each location. The demand for available space for small business establishments is also driven by the large residential development.
For both the professional office centers and the commercial retail store centers there are three options available.
1. Individual condominium units are available to purchase from 1,000 square feet to 2,400 square feet.
2. Building purchased by one investor ranging from 10,000 square feet to 50,000 square feet.
3. Create an investment group of two (2) to six (6) investors and purchase as an American Corporation (LLC).
Raising funds to purchase investment properties in America can best be achieved in Britain because of the currency exchange rate. Financing in America will be available for a new investment opportunity based on a 50% down payment. When purchasing for cash or raising the funds in Britain an investor can at a later date elect to obtain a U. S. mortgage for up to 80% of the property value after the income on the property is established and then bring the funds back to Britain after the dollar has strengthened. This will create a windfall from the currency exchange which is nontaxable.
