The primary holiday destination in Asia is Thailand, situated in-between India and China; it has something to offer for everyone. There are many scenic attractions including temples, and ruins of ancient kingdoms, as well as the natural beauty of Thailand and its beaches.

Thailand is known for its amazing hospitality, extremely friendly people and popular food, with trademark dishes of hot spicy curries and soup.

Bangkok, capital of Thailand, has many spectacular temples, modern skyscrapers, shopping malls and street markets to see. Bangkok is filled with culture which shows its Siamese heritage, the food, architecture and hospitality also show heritage.

Modernised Chiang Mai, is very traveller friendly, with good food in the many restaurants and quality shops, it also has many historical temples and scenic mountains. You can also experience a four to five day mountain trek to visit the hill tribes around the area.

Thailands largest island, Phuket, attracts more tourists than any other in Thailand with its many watersports and diving facilities, endless entertainment opportunities, theres is something for every tourist to do, and still has that real Thailand atmosphere.

November to February is the best time to visit which is the cool season, and it is not too hot or wet. It is wet season from May till September, though the rain can be drenching, the downpours usually last only for an hour or less, and it is still hot despite the rain.
