Africa’s second largest mountain, Mount Kenya is in strong contrast to the fantastic beaches and exciting coral reefs, and you can experience the great range of landscapes that Kenya has to offer.
Nairobi is Kenya’s exciting and lively capital and is also the most modern of the towns in Kenya. Nairobi offers many attractions, there are many restaurants, theatres, horse racing at Nairobi Races there’s the wildlife attraction of Nairobi National Park and you can experience traditional dancing and tribal villages at Bomas of Kenya.
Amboseli national park, overlooked by Mount Kilimanjaro, provides many stunning views. You can view large herds of elephants, and many other herbivores, the whole experience is impressive.
There are many national parks and game reserves for you to experience a safari, Kakamega Forest Reserve, Hells Gate National Park are only a few of the choices. All of Kenya’s parks are amazing to experience and should definitely not be missed.
Experience Swahili culture in Lamu Island, just off Kenyas Northern coastline, many old buildings are in this old town which is barely touched by tourism. Lamu has a laid back atmosphere, is home to some excellent food, and the only transport on the island is donkey, which makes Lamu the perfect place to relax.
Kenya’s temperatures throughout the year are constant, with high temperatures around 20°C to low temperatures 30°C. There is two wet seasons in Kenya, one between March and May and the second between November and December.
