Well equipped, bright and sunny apartment for up to 4 people or 2 adults & 3 children, centrally situated 60 yds from Preston Green and Sands, pubs, shops and all amenities, but in lovely quiet corner. The apartment has a family bedroom with double and 2 single beds (as bunks), lounge/kitchen with futon bed sette and shower room. All though this is our smallest apartment, it is bright and airy, and has been well laid out. On the second floor, both the lounge and bedroom look out over the rear garden. The apartment is fully equipped with cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils, iron and ironing board, shower and toilet facilities. Quilts, quilt covers, sheets and tea towel are included in the tariff, and all beds are fully made up on arrival. Cots (including bedding) and highchairs are available free of charge by prior arrangement. Holiday insurance is also included within weekly tariff. Car park and garden to the rear of the property. All year round resort with lots of attractions, theatres, restaurants and entertainment. Paignton Zoo, Living Coasts, Quaywest Water Park, Paignton and Dartmouth Steam Railway, Babbacombe Model Village, Kents Caverns, Bygones to name but a few - half the fun is finding even more! Activities to be found walking, golfing, fishing, cycling, wind and kite surfing, paragliding, boating, swimming, canoeing just a few of the many on offer.
