The Bay Breeze Cottage III offers guests over 1100 square feet of comfortable living space highlighted by lovely hardwood floors. The spacious greatroom is lined with comfortable sofas...plus theres a 52 inch digital television (cable) and wireless internet service. Each of the three bedrooms is spacious and very tastefully decorated...one has a private half bath. In addition. theres a full bath with a tub/shower combo. The full kitchen has all appliances and lots of storage space, and there is an adjoining diningroom with great views of the backyard. Just outside the greatroom is a very spacious sundeck with table, chairs, loungers as well as a grill. The private backyard is fenced and shaded by a beautiful old water oak tree. Theres ample lighted offstreet parking...and best of all, Lynnhaven Beach is just a short three-minute walk away! Location, location, location...it doesnt get any better! There are three nice restaurants within walking distance, and within a quarter mile at the Lynnhaven Marina are five other restaurants that offer dockside dining...plus one has a fresh seafood market as well. There at the marina, you will find charter excursion and fishing boats and jet ski rentals. Within a short drive of the cottage are both a city and a state park (First Landing State Park) as well as a City Recreation Center that offers an Olympic pool, gymnasium, racketball courts, weight room, bowling lanes and game room. Drive fifteen minutes to the new Town Center, a shopping and entertainment venue. Indeed, youll be close to all of the many activities that will top your list of things to do!
