You can find cheaper condos, but none better. Thus we rent to people who want the highest quality and are willing to pay a little more for it. RATES: 7 nights or more rate $135 a night 3 - 6 nights rate $155 a night Dec 15 - December 29 are excluded from the listing, The price is $20 a night more for that period Plus 95 cleaning fee and 11.42% Taxes and there is a refundable $150 security deposit. Located on same property is the The Hilton Hotel and Resort which shares this secluded luxury oceanfront property with the exclusive villas, all are surrounded by exotic lagoons and waterfalls with enchanting native foliage on a 3 mile long beach with beautiful sunrises. The big difference is you get our personal, non smoking, partial oceanview, two air conditioner, spacious 750 square foot 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo/villa for less then they charge for a room. Condo facilities include a swimming pool, whirlpool, gas BBQs, tennis courts and a putting green. Its right next to the world famous Waialua public golf course and located on a secluded 3 mile long beach. Extras we provide are: Long Distance for the United Sates and Hawaii is included. International calls are not included. The Garden Isle local newspaper is delivered daily. Digital cable TV in the living room with 39 more channels. The bedroom has regular Cable TV. Premium cable channels and high speed internet is available and can be purchased for your stay from the cable company with advance notice. The central location lets you see the entire island easily. Its 5 minutes north of the airport & just 30 minutes from Poipu and Princeville. The Islands biggest towns of Lihue & Kapaa are only 7 minutes away & offer the widest variety and best shopping, groceries & restaurants. This is not just a vacation rental; its our personal 750 sq. ft. 2nd floor, 1 bedroom & 1 bath luxury Condo and equipped as a home not a rental. It will sleep a maximum of 4 people, the rate is for 2 people ($7 extra per person per night for 3rd & 4th person) if you have additional people we will make a special bid for you to purchase. It just had a complete $75,000 interior remodel with everything new. Furniture, beautifully decorated & fully equipped. Solid wood kitchen cabinets Appliances: stove, refrigerator with ice maker and filtered cold water, microwave Washer and dryer in the unit. Electronics: TVs, DVDs Stereos in the living and bedroom. There are lots of pillows including 2 firm and 2 medium 300 thread count sheets and pillow cases 3 sets for the king bed and 2 sets for the queen sofa bed. There are ample linens including 8 sets of towels and 4 beach towels Direct dial long distance between the Islands and US Mainland is included, international call require a credit card or collect. Digital cable TV in the living room has 39 more channels. The bedroom is regular cable. Premium channels like HBO and pay per view is available with a $150 additional security deposit. Costs will be deducted and the balance refunded with the regualr security depsoit. High speed cable internet is available for $25 a week or $75 a month from the provider.We have it turned on if you want it. It has every small appliance including filtered water at the sink, vacuum cleaner, thermal carafe coffee maker with timer, mill coffee grinder, can opener, blender, waffle maker, steamer, George Foreman grill, toaster, roaster oven, mini food processor, hand mixer, popcorn maker, iron and ironing board, a safe and more. There is complete china, silverware, cutlery, wine glasses, pots, pans and cooking utensils There is a separate work / vanity / dressing area with a desk with wall and full length mirrors, triple vanity light, phone and computer hook up. An armoire with hanging closet and 2 drawers is also there for additional dresser and closet space separate from the bedroom. Again no smokers please. There is a $150 a week refundable security deposit, our feedbacks show we refund it 99% of the time. Only twice has part of it been used, once for smoking and once for an unauthorized late checkout delaying a check in. It is refunded within 30 days after we check the phone bill for any operator assisted calls. Our condo is Non Smoking of anything. This means No Smokers. If you smoke at all, plan to smoke on the Lanai or outside, please do not contact us. Check in is 3:00 PM, Check out is 10:00 AM. (See terms in green at the end of the listing for late check out rules) Daily maid service is not included. It is available and can be arranged privately with the housekeepers. I can not offer it in the listing or say how much as it might be considered an extra fee. We accept personal checks, money orders and cashiers checks. Condo guests may not use The HILTON Hotel and Resorts swimming pools, whirlpools, pool bar and pool snack shop. Their restaurant, bar, coffee/pastry shop, sundries shop, spa, art gallery and jewelry store are open to the public. The condo has its own pool, tennis courts and putting green that Hilton Guests may not use. All bids are subject to availability and generally require a 30 day advance reservation. Less than 30 days is possible but not always available. PAYMENT TERMS: Full name, address, phone and email address must be furnished at time of booking. A $150 a week refundable security deposit, held in trust, is required. It is refunded within 30 days of check out, after the phone bill is received and checked for any international or operator assisted calls. Reasons for deductions include, phone charges, smoking, unauthorized late check out, damage, missing items including towels, beach towels, keys, and household items and operator assisted and international calls. The front door key is $25 each and the safe keys are $50 each. If accidentally taken they must be returned within 7 days. Full Payment is due if reserved within 2 months of rental date. A 50% deposit of rental is due at the time of Kauai condo rental reservation, if more then 2 month beyond the rental date, The full balance due 2 months prior to the arrival date. The refundable security deposit is due at the time of balance payment. Payment is by personal check, cashiers check or money order. If more then 30 days away, less then 30 days only a cashiers cheek or money order is accepted. CHECK IN is Easy. Go directly to the condo. The keys are waiting for you in a lock box. Check OUT is also easy. Leave the keys in the lock box. House keeping will verify this. LATE CHECK OUT is available two ways. 1. Reserved in advance of stay, this is a full nights rent and is paid at time of payment, the same as if you stayed that night. 2. The day before check out, if the condo is not rented for your check out date, by 3 PM of your last night, the cost of a late check out is half a night rent. This can be requested any time but is not guaranteed before 3 PM the night before check out. It must be paid at time of confirmation.
