All of our Venice Vacation Rental accommodations include: fresh linens and towels upon arrival, a full equipped kitchen, central air conditioning, cable TV, VCR, DVD player, and free local telephone service. Our Florida vacation rental condos also offer different sleeping arrangements. You may choose from a single king size bed, two double beds, or one king bed and one queen bed in our two bedroom condo. In addition, all condo units have a sleeper sofa. Our Venice FLA vacation rentals offer a huge Olympic size swimming pool for our guests to enjoy. In addition, there are two gazebos overlooking the ocean, just beyond the golden sandy beach on the Gulf of Mexico, that are available for your relaxation. Take pleasure in the most beautiful sunsets that you will ever see. Our Venice Florida condominiums provide on premise laundry facilities that are available for your convenience. Lastly, there are shuffleboard courts for your fun and entertainment. ONE-BEDROOM RENTAL RATES Holiday Season: (December 1 - January 31) $145/Night; $790/Week; $2,530/Month Winter Season: (February 1 - April 30) $155/Night; $1,000/Week; $3,190/Month Value Season: (May 1 - November 30) $110/Night; $640/Week; $1,640/Month TWO-BEDROOM RENTAL RATES Holiday Season: (December 1 - January 31) $165/Night; $890/Week; $2,930/Month Winter Season: (February 1 - April 30) $175/Night; $1,100/Week; $3,590/Month Value Season: (May 1 - November 30) $130/Night; $740/Week; $2,040/Month In addition to the above quoted rental rates, an 11% State of Florida mandatory Tourist Tax and a $50 cleaning fee will be added to the rates quoted. A 25% deposit of the total balance will be required at time of booking. Full rental balance is due no later than two weeks prior to arrival. Rental rates are subject to change without notice. A minium of 30 days written notice must be provided for all cancellations. Airport Drive Time Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport is 30 minutes north. Tampa International Airport is 1 1/2 hours north. Southwest Florida International Airport Fort Myers, Florida is 1 hour south.
