Sandy Ridge is a tranquil community, surrounded by conservation woodland, yet only a 10 min drive from Disney and convenient for all the other major theme parks and attractions. For golfers, Champions Gate which boasts two golf courses designed by Greg Norman, is less than a 5 min drive away. If you are looking for a vacation villa in Orlando which is close to Disney and all the other parks, yet set in a quiet community with woodland views and bags of privacy, this could be the one for you. The great room is the heart of the home, featuring the living room with 27 cable TV and DVD, and the formal dining area. It has a high vaulted ceiling, complete with ceiling fan, and sliding doors overlooking the pool and conservation area. The comfortable lounge seating includes a sofa bed which could accommodate two additional guests if required. Fully fitted kichen with breakfast bar and dining table. Bedrooms: Master suite 1 . For those who prefer a bit of shade, the pool has a large lanai (covered porch) with a cooling ceiling fan.
