Fully air-conditioned throughout, with ceiling fans in all bedrooms and the family room. The villa is a single storey property that will sleep up to eight people. The master suite has an oversize king size bed, with a further queen size bed in the 2nd bedroom and 2 twin size beds in the 3rd bedroom. There is a walk in closet in the Master suite and large built in closets in the remaining two bedrooms. The second bathroom is conveniently situated between the 2nd and 3rd bedroom. There is a cot/crib for your use, should you require it. The family room is very spacious with comfortable seating and side tables and a 32 LCD TV with cable network giving over 50 channels for your enjoyment. The room overlooks the rear yard and also has patio doors leading onto the pool area. The lounge, at the front of the house is very bright and airy, and gives you enough comfortable sofas to enjoy some quiet time. The formal dining area is adjacent to the lounge and the table gives 6 people plenty of room to eat. Patio doors again open onto the pool area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer with ice box, microwave, dishwasher, large cooker and more than enough crockery and cutlery for all our guests. The washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities are in a closet close to the kitchen as is a small kitchen nook with table and chairs for informal meals. The property is maintained and furnished to a high standard providing comfortable and relaxing surroundings for your holiday. The large pool is south facing and solar heated, the villa has a large rear yard for the children to play in. We have an electric barbecue in the pool area for our guests use, all we ask is that it is cleaned after every use and returned to the garage at the end of your stay. There is also an X-Box console in the family room with a selection of games. A table football is also available, as are numerous board games and books for all ages so that you can spend quiet time out away from the parks. The villa benefits from 4 remote control televisions, all being linked to a cable network,one in each of the bedrooms plus one in the family room, DVD Player with a number of DVDs for all ages. For those early morning starts to Disney World, all bedrooms benefit from having an alarm clock. Hairdryers are provided in both bathrooms. All linens and towels, including pool towels are provided for your use. There is a selection of pool inflatables available for your enjoyment in the pool. The villa is situated in a very convenient position being close enough to the I4 to get around quickly, but far enough away that you wouldnt know it was there. Situated only 10 minutes from Disney, 25 minutes from SeaWorld, and 30 minutes from Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure. We are only minutes from the new Champions Gate Resort and there are numerous golf courses within a few minutes drive, including the new courses at the new Reunion resort. Restaurants are a short drive away with the nearest supermarket just 2 minutes away. There are numerous shops within a very short car ride. The main Florida shopping Mall is located about a 35 minute drive away but there are new malls just opened that are situated just south of Haines City and therefore are closer. |
