Let our dream home be a part of your dream holiday, sleeping a maximum of 8 people plus an infant, our luxurious villa is situated on the prestigious Countryside at Tuscan Ridge community, a beautiful development which combines residential with vacation homes, with a clubhouse, volleyball and childrens play area. A peaceful oasis bordered by natural woodland it also benefits from occupying a corner location is ideally situated to allow easy access to the main attractions of the central Florida area. The villa has been professionally furnished and equipped throughout, with many luxury features. The ideal location to return to, where you can relax around the pool and chill out after indulging yourselves in the pleasures of Central Floridas attractions. The accommodation is fully air-conditioned and comprises two master bedroom suites with Queen size beds, two twin-bedded rooms a third bathroom with bath and shower over, a large family room, a fully equipped kitchen, breakfast nook, formal dining room, living room, and laundry room. There are hair dryers in each bathroom, all bedrooms have cable TV, ceiling fans and walk in closets, all linen (including towels) are provided. The family room has cable TV with DVD / CD player /Tuner, a selection of films and CDs are available for your enjoyment. The living room also has cable TV, and a PS 2 Play station and games. A telephone provides for all local, long distance and international calls free of charge. The games room is a new addition and contains an 8 foot slate bed professional pool table, air hockey and foosball. Just minutes from Highway 192 with its Restaurants, Shops, Supermarkets, and many other attractions. Close by the I-4 Highway, provides easy access to all Airports, and the Atlantic and Gulf Coast beaches, Kennedy Space Centre and Busch Gardens. Disney and other spectacular theme parks and attractions are only minutes away. If you are a golfing enthusiast you will think that this is paradise, there are numerous courses in the vicinity just minutes from the villa, including the Greg Norman designed course at Championsgate Our management company is based just minutes away at Westridge about 2 miles north on US 27, and they will be only too pleased to help in the unlikely event that you experience any problems. The villa has four double bedrooms comprising of two master suites and two twin bedded rooms. Each bedroom is tastefully furnished and has a large walk-in closet, Cable TV and a large ceiling fan. The Main Master Suite overlooks the pool area, it is lavishly furnished, has a Queen sized bed and a television complete with cable channels. It boasts a large luxurious bathroom, which has a large oval bath, his and her vanity units with large mirrors, and large walk in shower, separate toilet and ceramic tile flooring. The Guest Master Suite is furnished to the same high standards, has a Queen sized bed and a television complete with cable channels. The bathroom has a single vanity unit, large walk in shower, toilet, ceramic tile flooring and a door giving access to the pool area. The other bedrooms have twin single beds, and televisions/VCR/combis complete with cable channels. They share the third bathroom which is complete with a shower over bath, vanity unit, toilet and ceramic tiled flooring. The Family Room overlooks the pool area, which can be accessed via the large sliding patio doors. For your peace of mind, the doors are fitted with a pool alarm to prevent children from sneaking out unnoticed. It features a three seat sofa, a two seat love seat and a large chair. For your entertainment there is a large screen television complete with cable channels plus a DVD/CD player, a selection of films and CDs are provided. The Living Room is situated at the front of the villa, overlooking the front lawn. It has 2 two seater love seats and cable television; also a PS 2 Playstation with games. The Dining Room provides for more formal meals with its beautiful dark cherry wood dining suite. This room overlooks the lanai and pool area. The kitchen is modern fully-fitted and open plan to the family room and nook, with a view overlooking the pool area. The kitchen has every modern convenience, which includes a full size cooker, microwave, dishwasher, double sink with garbage disposal unit and a large fridge freezer with ice maker and a cold drinks dispenser. The Nook is an open plan dining area used for informal dining; it overlooks the pool patio area. The Laundry Room is fully equipped with a large washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board, and a vacuum cleaner; also there is a door that gives access to the garage. The fully screened Swimming pool is 26 x 13 ft, and has an adjoining raised Spa/Jacuzzi, the ideal place to relax in after a hectic day at the theme parks. The pool has extensive decking and is south west facing to capture the day long sunshine and those magnificent Floridian sunsets. Enjoy the thrill of a moonlit dip in your own illuminated pool, or savour the peace and tranquillity whilst sitting out star gazing and enjoying a refreshing cold drink. The Pool/Spa can be heated if required at an additional charge, this will only be necessary during the cooler months. Luxury upholstered pool/patio furniture is provided with comfy reclining sun loungers and dining furniture, you can choose either to bathe in the sun or retreat to the welcoming shade of the Lanai with its cooling ceiling fans, the choice is yours, a selection of swim aids for the childrens enjoyment are also provided. The pool is visible from the family room, dining room, kitchen, nook and master bedroom so mum and dad can easily keep their eyes on the children. As an additional safeguard all doors leading to the pool area are fitted with a pool alarm. The covered, fan cooled Lanai gives you welcome shade on those hot days and provides the ideal location for those alfresco meals. A gas fired barbecue is located outside the pool cage at the rear of the villa. The rear of the property is landscaped to provide a pleasant and private environment. Games Room Welcome to our newly added Games Room, equipped with an 8 foot professional slate bed pool table, air hockey and foosball. Whether you just want to enjoy a friendly family game of pool, or hone your skills in the hopes that you may become the next Minnesota Fats the choice is yours. Put your skills and co-ordination to the test on the other games provided, Air Hockey where you can raise or lower the centre partition to increase or decrease your reaction time, or try your hand on the extremely fast game of Foosball. All these facilities will keep the family enthralled when you have had your fill of theme parks, malls and your own private pool area. Miscellaneous: On site facilities include a fully equipped gym and clubhouse plus a childrens play area and a volleyball court all free of charge for guests.
