Large, three bedroom/two bath log home located only three miles (5- 10 mins.) from Breckenridge. Over 2,700 square feet living space. Secluded, nestled in woods, backs to National Forest. Hike in the national forest outside our back door. It is a log cabin with modern conveniences, log cabin charm, and is decorated with a mountain motif.

New (in Jan. 07), private outside hot tub on large wrap-around deck. Cabin sleeps up to ten. One bedroom (with a single bed & new bunk-with twin on the top/full on the bottom), a full bath, living room (with futon), dining room, and full kitchen (completely equipped) on Main Floor. Two bedrooms (one with queen bed, the other with two queens) and a full bath (just re-decorated) on Upstairs Level. Recreation room on Lower Level with a new foosball table, medium-size air hockey table, darts, lots of games, toys, videos, books and a sofabed. New laundry room also on lower level with a large-capacity washer & dryer. The entry, kitchen, & dining room was re-tiled in Apr., 07 and the roof was replaced. There are Horseshoe Pits in the yard for summer use.

There are pleny of casseroles, pots & pans, etc. for cooking for large groups. We supply place settings & silverware for 12.
