Kulenin Evi is a spacious, air conditioned four bedroom, four bathroom villa, superbly located actually in Kalkan town, not up the hillside, about 200 metres from the sea front and even less from the centre of the main street. The house offers stunning views of Kalkan Bay, Kalkan town and the surrounding Taurus Mountains. The villa is tastefully furnished and is surrounded by private gardens containing a private swimming pool, 32 sq. m, a Jacuzzi with a 13 jet hydro air massage system and terraces with sun beds, tables, chairs and umbrellas. It is a 150 metre stroll to the main street in Kalkan where the shops, restaurants, bars and cafes are, yet in a quiet location. All the rooms have balconies or direct access to patio areas. The ground floor accommodation comprises a large, air-conditioned double bedroom, 5.7m x 3.8m with a 6 ft. wide bed, dressing room and ensuite shower room and an air conditioned twin bedded room with adjacent shower room, both with direct access to the gardens and terrace. On the first floor is the air conditioned sitting room, 5.7m x 5.25m, with two balconies overlooking Kalkan Bay. The sitting room has seating for eight. DVD and CD players are provided with a limited range of DVDs/CDs. There are also games, including chess and backgammon and a selection of books. The separate kitchen/dining room is also on the first floor with an extensive range of units, crockery, cutlery and glasswear, cooking utensils, 4 ring gas hob/oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer with balcony overlooking the gardens and private pool and with steps down to the pool. There is also a large dining table with chairs. The second floor comprises a large, air conditioned double bedroom with a 6 ft. wide bed, dressing room and bathroom with jacuzzi and shower and two balconies overlooking Kalkan Bay and the fourth bedroom, air conditioned, with twin beds and ensuite shower room and balcony overlooking the garden and pool with a sea view. On the third floor you can enjoy a BBQ on the roof terrace while wathcing the sun go down over kalkan bay and the mountains. There is also an attic room with the laundry area, the washing machine, sink, clothes drier, iron and ironing board and fridge to keep your drinks cool while on teh roof terrace. The house accommodates eight/nine people. All windows are fitted with insect screens allowing the windows to be opened without the risk of insects flying in. Mosquito machines are also supplied for all bedrooms. Services include: Local English agent for advice and emergencies. Welcome pack on arrival. Weekly maid service for cleaning, changes of linen and towels. Daily pool man/gardener Guests are requested to bring their own beach towels. The nearest airport is Dalaman, 2 hours drive. An additional person can be accommodated in the ground floor double bedroom on a quality fold up bed and one infant in a travel cot can be accommodated in each of the double bedrooms.
