This beautiful new Turkish villa is located only 20 minutes from the Airport in the lovely town of Dalyan In the villa you will find a large lounge and dining area and large fully equipped kitchen complete with fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine. The whole villa is air conditioned and is equipped with DVD/CD/TAPE system, and Satelite TV. All bedrooms have their own balcony with Mountain Views, and there are two bathrooms upstairs one en-suite, and a shower room downstairs Two sides of the dining room open up onto a large south facing terrace with barbecue and access to the pool. There is a separate childrens pool and quiet areas of the garden, ideal for sunbathing. Close to Dalyan lies the five km long sandbar that juts out from the main land into the Mediterranean.There are many things to do in Dalyan, including Boat Trips, Sailing, Turtle Spotting, Turkish Baths, Adventure Tours, Microlight Flights, Diving Snorkelling The town sits on the Dalyan river fed by the local mountain streams that converge on the Koycegiz lake. Locals and tourists alike can enjoy the natural Mud Baths and Thermal Springs at the side of the lake, then meander through the maze of reed beds, passing the ancient Rock Tombs carved into the side of the mountain 3000 years ago. The river opens onto the beautiful Iztuzu Beach, better known as Turtle Beach where the gently shelving beach is home to the endangered Loggerhead turtle as well as much bird life. The boats from the Dalyan boat cooperative will take you wherever you need to go. Ride on a public boat down to the beach Iztuzu Beach in one direction or to Lake Koycegiz and Koycegiztown in the other. The beach is 5km long and you can also get there by public bus dolmus. The journey takes you through the hills and small villages to the beach where the goats still wander |
