| Property Description: This property is located at Dalyan , near Ortaca , Mulga Turkey, and has 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. The average rate for renting this property is $775.00 per week. A swimming pool is available at the property. Smoking is not permitted and pets are not allowed. We have 2 beautifully and tastefully decorated villas situated in lovely gardens. Upstairs are two bedrooms (i double and 1 twin) with air conditioning, wardrobes and balconies. Shower room with toilet. Downstairs, the kitchen and living area is furnished in traditional Turkish style. you will find a washing machine and a large fridge and freezer. There is alos a downstairs toilet. You can enjoy your breakfast on the shaded verandah overlooking the pool and beautifully fragrant gardens. There is a very well maintained clean pool. with sunbeds and umbrellas around the pool for you to relax on to enjoy the sun. the gardens have a gazebo that children love to play in and there is a BBQ area with wonderful view of mountains. The villas enjoys a quiet location, but are well placed and it is only a pleasant 10 minute walk from town, where there are plenty of supermarkets ,shops , bars and restaurants . Just around the corner is a small local shop for water, beer and bread . Owners are discretely on hand but will offer you genuine Turkish hospitality with occassional turkish food and conversation the world famous Izitu beach with its turtles is easily accessible either by a wonderful 15 minutes boat trip through the reeds from the town or by minbus trip. the nearest airport is Dalaman , which is about 30 minutes drive from the property. our high season is 1st june to september 30th , for 2007 we are charging £400 per week , at other times the price is £350 per week, we have airconditioning in bedrooms only for an additional £5.00 per night. linen and towels are changed |
