Villa Kumsal is a luxury four bedroom detached villa situated in the peaceful area of Yesilkent on Turkeys Aegean coast. Completed in August 2005 the villa has its own private swimming pool incl. childrens pool, air conditioning and all of the modern conveniences. Yesilkent is perfect for peace and quiet yet the bustling resort of Altikum is only a few minutes away. Ideal for families with children, groups of friends or anyone wanting a fabulously relaxed holiday in the sun. As well as sandy beaches and fantastic weather the Aegean coast on the West of Turkey offers many sites of historic and environmental interest. The Temple of Apollo is only 4km away while the impressive 4000 year old classical city of Ephesus can be reached within a couple of hours. The geological formations and historic remains of Pamukkale are also well worth a visit. Altinkum is a bustling resort centred on its 3 long sandy beaches and only a couple of minutes taxi journey from the villa. The resort provides a huge choice of bars, restaurants and shops. Watersports are available on the main beach. Altinkum has something for everyone, from quiet Turkish restaurants most of which offer a free pick-up and drop-off service to a lively nightlife for those who want it. The local people are friendly and the resort has a great atmosphere. Whether you want fruit and vegetables or jeans and T-shirts the local Saturday market is well worth a visit. There are a number of large supermarkets offering great quality food and drink. The nearest airport is Bodrum which is 75km or 1hr 15 minutes away. Transfers can be arranged on request. Hire cars are also available from the airport. Various charter airlines Thomas Cook, Excel, My Travel etc fly to Bodrum from a number of airports Gatwick, Birmingham, Bristol, Manchester, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Belfast etc. Flights are also available to Izmir airport which is about 2hrs away. Villa Kumsal has been finished to a very high standard providing clean and spacious accommodation. The villa is tiled throughout with fully tiled bathrooms and marble stairs. There are four bedrooms in total including two doubles and two twins a cot is provided. All of the bedrooms have air conditioning and one is en-suite. As well as one en-suite there is a large family bathroom with jacuzzi bath, shower, sink and WC and a shower room on the ground floor with shower, sink and WC. The large open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area is spacious and well appointed with plenty of space for everyone. All crockery and cutlery is provided. The patio area is huge with lots of room for sunbathing, dining stone BBQ and for children. The garden borders have been planted with a mixture of fruit trees lemon, orange, lime, apple, shrubs and flowers providing beautiful surroundings. The swimming pool measures 6x4m with the shallow childrens pool adjacent to the main pool. There is also a hot and cold outdoor shower. A table and 8 chairs are provided, as are 8 sunloungers with cushions. Mosquito nets and security bars on all windows. A non-refundable 20 per cent deposit is required at the time of booking. Full payment is required 8 weeks prior to arrival. A GBP250 refundable security deposit will also be required at this time. The security deposit will be refunded once the property has been cleaned and checked. Property available all year. |
