This spacious 3 bedrooms apartment located on a peaceful neighbourhood in the centre of Madrid is the best option for accommodation of families with children, persons going to Madrid for business, elderly and in general for people wishing to stay at the same time near to all the city main areas and far of the old city noise. It has easy access to buses, subway (Filipinas, Canal or Rios Rosas) and not very far of two Railway Stations (Nuevos Ministerios and Principe Pio) It is at 20 minutes walking distance from Plaza de Espaa and other old town areas where you can go either in a few minutes by bus or subway. On the other hand, it is 200 metres far of Parque de Santander, an ideal park for children. Restaurants, tapas bars, shops, market, supermarkets and parking are within walking distance. The apartment is on the second floor with an elevator. It features central heating, air conditioning and four balconies (two on the living room and other one in two of the bedrooms) The apartment has an ample living room. Amenities include a TV (air and satellite) DVD and CD player/radio. The three bedrooms feature double beds that can be changed to two single beds. There is a crib available The full kitchen has a seating area, a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, iron and a lot of small kitchen appliances. The main bathroom has a large bathtub with shower and bidet. The second bathroom has a small bathtub with shower. Bath linen and bed linen are provided. The apartment full price is calculated taking into account the season, the stays number of nights and the number of guests. The base price is quoted for a seven nights stay of one or two persons and the amount is 630, 735, 890 or 1000 euros for very low, low, medium and high season respectively. The lower number of nights to be charged is four. Each additional night costs 80, 90, 100 or 110 euros more, depending on the season, and each additional guest 10-15 euros per night. Very low season is from January 7th to the end of February, low season is March and November 1st to December 23rd medium season is october and high season is from April 1st to end of September and Christmas (from December 24th to January 6th) For long stays (one month or longer) special prices, to be negotiated, are applied. There is a reservation payment of 30% of the total price to be done at the moment of doing the reservation. This reservation payment isnt refundable in case of no presentation and in case of cancel will be only refunded (deducted the bank costs) if the apartment is actually rented to other client during the same dates. There is a 150 euros damage deposit to be returned when you leave the apartment (this damage deposit will be used to pay eventual damages to the apartment, to the amenities or to pay extra-cleaning if necessary). The time for check-in is at your convenience from 13:00 hours but if the actual arrival time to the apartment is from 22:00 to 8:00 hours there is a 30 euros supplement to the landlord. Checkout time is 10:00 hours. The renting is done under the Ley de Arrendamientos Urbanos in force in Spain. |
