It is now well established with pleasant gardens, local shops and supermarkets, and an assortment of caf-bars, restaurants and take-away outlets to provide for all tastes. There are many Spanish bars, English Cafs, Irish bars, an India take-away and Chinese restaurants. The Aqua Park is a walk away as is Carrefour and the new Habanaras shopping centre. Everything is within easy access so car hire is not essential. This delightful quad style house boasts many features to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Featuring three bedrooms, comprising of a master bedroom with double bed and air conditioning with private solarium, a large double bedroom and a single bedroom, as well as a temporary bed allowing the property to sleep 6 people in comfort. There is a downstairs shower room and toilet and a spacious bathroom on the middle floor.The living room is fitted with hot and cold air conditioning and a gas fire is available to take off any winter chill.The property is fitted with English TV, so you never have to miss your favourite programs The property has two solariums, one on the roof top for all day sun shine and one attached to the master bedroom. There are sunbeds available for your use.There is also a large sun terrace to the front of the building, as well as private parking along the side.
