Torrevieja is an ideal location for a summer or winter sun holiday with an average of 320 days sunshine each year.

It is also ideally placed for a short golf break with four courses all within a 20 minute drive of the apartment.

There are bars, restaurants, four supermarkets, the newly opened Habaneras shopping Centre, an Aqua-park, Bowling Alley and a new impressive Sports Complex all within walking distance. It is a popular area close to salt lakes and nature parks, suitable for walking and cycling.

It is a 5 minute drive from Torrevieja town centre and beaches There is a bus stop nearby with a regular bus service to the town centre and blue flag beaches so therefore car hire is not essential.


The accommodation comprises of two bedroomshairdryer available one double and one twin and one bathroom with shower. The living room has a sofa bed and a standard sofa along with English satellite television along with a radio and CD player.The separate kitchen is equipped with fridge freezer,microwave,toaster, hob,iron, ironing board, oven and washing machine. For your added comfort ceiling fans are fitted in all rooms. Linen is provided but please bring your own beach towels
