The owners have provided cool bags, parasols for the beach, beach seating etc. On this level is a full bathroom and the two attractively furnished twin bedrooms with air conditioning and fitted wardrobe as well as roof fans. From the lounge, the marble stairs take you to the 2nd level to find the third bedroom which has a double bed, fitted wardrobe, dresser units, air conditioning, roof fan and large window with pretty draped curtains. Also at this level is the 2nd full bathroom with shower and further door giving access to the sun roof with furniture and sun loungers. The property has a communal pool to the rear which is accessed via a secure gate where you can laze around or just cross the road in safety via the footbridge and stroll through the pine forest and sand dunes for around 8 minutes to reach the beach with soft golden sands that never get overcrowded. There is a bar/ restaurant on the urbanization and opposite the villa there is a camp site with a local shop and bar. The resort town Guardamar is 2 Kms and there you can choose from an abundance of different types of restaurants, browse the shops or meander along the prom. There is a local bus that runs into Guardamar and surrounding towns several times a day which stops adjacent to the villa and the National bus route passes by so a car is not essential but can be beneficial for convenience and visiting other areas. |
