The location also provides easy access to the N-332 and the A-37 motorway. As the apartment is located within the centre of Algorfa, there are bars, restaurants, and shops within short walking distance. The apartment is located in a secure complex with well maintained communal areas, serviced by stairs and a lift, and with controlled entry access. All furnishings and equipment are brand new and ready for immediate occupation. The hallway is fitted with the handset for the secure telephone entry system. The living area is open-plan to the kitchen which is fully fitted and equipped with oven/hob, extractor hood, fridge freezer, and microwave oven. Other items include a toaster, kettle and all necessary cooking and self-catering equipment. There is a separate utility/storage area with washing machine, iron, ironing board and clothes airer. The lounge/dining area is spacious and bright with sliding patio doors leading out onto a private terrace. Algorfa is a typical Spanish village surrounded by orange and lemon groves, wiithin a 15 minute drive of the sandy beaches of Guardamar and La Mata, and the vibrant centre of Torrevieja with its beaches, boating, fishing, exciting clubs, bars and restaurants. Alicante Airport and Murcia-San Javier Airport are both within 40 minutes of the apartment and are served by all the major budget airlines. |
