The average rate for renting this property is $64.00 per night. Our 1 bedroom modern terraced house is set in the hamlet of Venta Lanuza overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. It is only metres from a sandy cove that boasts its own bar/ restaurant. 25 minutes from Alicante airport, we are about halfway between historic Alicante and bustling Benidorm. The secure complex has only 67 one and two bedroom houses the double community pool. Air con/ heating units in the lounge bedroom allow for all year comfort. The modern lounge has 2 seater sofa and a 3-seater sofa bed, satellite TV, DVD Cd players and a collection of CDs DVDs for the guests use. The dining table extends to amply seat 6. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, washing machine, fridge/ freezer, microwave etc. The tiled staircase leads to a large bathroom with washbasin, bidet, toilet, bath/shower. A wall mounted heater warms on the coolers winter days. The large bedroom has 2 built in wardrobes, drawer unit and bedside cabinet. A balcony leads off of the bedroom where you can view the sparkling Medierranean. Patio furniture is provided for al fresco dining. All linen, water, electricity and cleaning is included in the price. We can arrange airport transfers for a modest sum, and a car is not essential as public transport is very close and reliable. There are several golf courses within 20 minute drive away. Swimming in the sea is safe and the water warm. you can find a vibrant markets on each day of the week from: El Campello, Villa Joyosa, Alicante, Santa Pola, Benidorm etc. Theme parks and water parks near Benidorm are ony a few of the delights there for your enjoyment. A shop just metres away sell fresh bread daily, and the re are 2 restaurants in walking distance. We can arrange cot hire, and even provide bucket spades. Take time to enjoy the area, if you book for 4 weeks, we only charge for 3. |
