The average rate for renting this property is $159.56 per night. 4 bedroom villa on 2 levels.Upstairs is a lounge with open plan fully equipped kitchen which leads out onto the furnished terrace. The dining room is on a second terrace looking out onto neighbouring villas set in the hillside with mountains in the distance.2 double bedrooms , bathroom and foilet make up the first floor. The lower floor has 2 twin rooms , shower room and toilet making it ideal for a second family or older children. On of the bedrooms also has adult size bunk beds. The kitchen has oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board. The lounge has air con, satelite tv with bbc and itv channels etc, vcr and dvd, radio and cd player, tapes, cds, videos, dvds and games. The upstairs bedrooms both have air con, double beds and fitted wardrobes. A travel cot and high chair is provided if required. The downstairs bedrooms also have air con. Outside leading from the kitchen is a large terrace with electric awning to protect from the all day sun. A gate in the all round hedge leads to the swimming pool and gardens. The gate prevents small children wandering off into the pool area.. A range of garden furniture and bar-b-q complete the terrace.An outside storeroom houses beach chairs, parasols, surf boards etc. The villa is located in the Fanadix area of Moraira, less than a mile from the town centre, shops, restaurants, bars and beaches. It would be ideal for a large family, 2 families holidaying together or a group of friends. It has the use of a large swimming pool with ajoining childrens pool, set in landscaped gardens.The all day sun terrace has a chimneyed bbq for those al frsco meals. Moraira is a small holiday town made up of mainly private villas and appartments.Although many owners live there permenantly the majority are visitors on vacation in this unspoilt area of the Costa Blanca.The picturesque coastline is dotted with beautiful beaches and sandy coves. It has a vast selection of bars and restaurants to choose from.A wide range of outdoor activities are available and there are numerous theme and safari parks within a half hour drive. Moraira is located a 1 hour drive north of Alicante airport. Activities in the area include Terra Mitica, one of Europes largest fun park, Aqualandia water park and Mundomar Dolphin park and zoo. |
