Entrance is from a front terrace into the lounge dining area and a feature of the villa is a spiral staircase down to a further lounge. On the first level is the fully fitted kitchen with access to a flight of steps leading down to the pool. Also at this level is a twin-bedded room and bathroom. On the lower level via a spiral staircase is a hall off the lounge area leading to the second full bathroom and two other bedrooms. For lazing around the pool there are sun loungers and patio furniture for dining al fresco. It is two minutes drive to the golf course and 5 minutes drive to the market town of Rojales and 10 minutes to the center of Quesada which has many different continental restaurants as well as various shops, banks and medical centre. It is ten minute walk to the golf course from Rowena where there are a variety of quality restaurants, bars and supermarkets. The nearest beach is at the popular Spanish resort town of Guardamar 10 minutes drive away with 11 kilometers of golden sand and warm shallow waters. The cities of Alicante, Murcia, Cartagena and the theme park areas of Benidorm are within a 50 minute drive of Quesada. note: not sutable for young children |
