Off from the lounge is a small hall to the separate kitchen, the bathroom and main bedroom with views to the sea. There is a large communal pool in front of the apartment and the resort town of La Mata which is next to Guardamar begins a few hundred meters from the apartment.
Although not a large town, there is a vast selection of Restaurants, Bars, shops and amenities to choose from and the local market is Wednesdays. An ideal property for anyone not wishing to hire a car.
