Patio doors open onto the large balcony to give wonderful views along the coastline. From the lounge is a further hall giving access to the two bathrooms and three bedrooms with the 3rd bedroom/office having its own small balcony. Just inside the entrance door, a flight of stairs take you to the private roof solarium furnished with table, chairs sun loungers, and providing fabulous views along the coast. Air conditioning is installed throughout the property which is a real benefit in the hot summer months. On the complex is a caf serving delicious cakes and daily menu also 2 bars/restaurants. A vast selection of Restaurants, bars, shops, banks and large supermarkets are in nearby Guardamar town which is approx 2kms but there is a regular daily bus service into Guardamar that runs near the complex. It is a leisurely stroll of around 20 minutes along the beach into the resort town of Guardamar but we recommend a car for your convenience and sight seeing. |
