Casas El Cerro is a set formed by 2 independent small houses, of recent construction, thought in detail so that the renters pass in them an unforgettable stay. Each house has conditioned air with heat pump, chimney, cooks with all household-electric furnace, microwaves, refrigerator, toasting, beater... and the mod cons, two double rooms one with and double bed another one with two individual beds, sofa bed in the hall and a terrace with spectacular views. On the other hand, in the outside, there are individual barbecue and a wonderful swimming pool privated for both cottages. The set has much space is a property of 4,000 m2 and, in general, enjoys spectacular views to the mountain range, the sea and the Lake of the Viuela. The houses are very close of the town, Periana, that is hardly to 1 minute in car; there is multitude of restaurants in the enviroment and, if you desire to walk, there is a Great Route very near of the house, as well as the Natural Park of Sierra Tejeda range, that is to 15 minutes in car. There are shopping centers to 20 minutes in car, as well as cinemas, etc... Also, Casas El Cerro is in the hearth of Axarqua, a regio well-known by its white houses and their wealth of landscapes, traditions and gastronomy route of the wine, the oil, the towns, mountains.... This zone also offers the possibility of making activities related to the rural tourism: routes walking, in quads, bicycle, canoe in the marsh of the Viuela, visit the Natural Park of Tejeda Mountain range... Periana counts as well on bars, markets, post office, banks, doctor, taxis, cibercafs, stores of clothes, restaurants, etc. And, in the same way, the emplacement of the house is very centric if you want to visit the rest of Andalusia: the nearer coastal zone, Torre del Mar, is only 20 minutes by car; Nerja, 40 minutes; Malaga; 45 minutes; Granada by an hour and a half and Seville and Cordova, by two hours and a half.
