The village of Alhaurin el Grande is a short drive or walk away and contains plenty of traditional Spanish life, shops, banks and a local market every Thursday. It contains both Spanish and English bars as well as some of the best restaurants in the region. You can dine out in Spanish, Italian, Seafood and quality silver service restaurants for that special occasion. The property is AIR-CONDITIONED, CENTRAL HEATED, with SAT TV and is DOUBLE GLAZED throughout. All the areas are fully hedged and it has off road parking. The private garden contains a large Heated Spa Pool / Jacuzzi for the sole use of the guests. La Bellota, the garden and patio areas have fantastic views to the Sierra de Mijas, Sierra de Nevada and across to the nearby village of Alhaurin El Grande. The property consists of the following:- The GARDEN is self contained with dining area and gas barbecue, lawn, flowers, fruit trees and Jacuzzi, which can be adjusted so that it is heated for the winter, cool for the summer. The KITCHEN contains gas oven and hob, extractor, microwave oven, fridge freezer, toaster and electric kettle. Washing machine facilities are also available. The LOUNGE consists of double sofa bed, chair, dining table and four chairs, satellite TV, CD hi-fi. An additional Z bed can be provided. The kitchen lounge area is air-conditioned for the summer and the apartment is full centrally heated for the winter. The BEDROOM has a double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, hairdryer and ceiling fan light. A cot can also be provided. The BATHROOM includes a full size bath, shower, wash-hand basin and toilet. Rates are weekly for up to 2 guests, 3rd and 4th guests charged at 75 euros each. |
