The beach is gorgeous- pure white sand, and turquoise blue, warm water! We also offer last minute discount of 10-20% for bookings 30 days prior to rental date, down to 7 or less (see below). Its a great place, in a perfect location! The ocean water is turquoise blue! This beautiful Cancun condo is in an oceanfront complex, with a beautiful Caribbean ocean view. Its in the top of the hotel zone. Its across the street from the hot spots of Cancun- Sr. Frogs, Cocobongos, etc. You are walking distance to good restaurants and shopping, and the Cancun nightlife and entertainment. It is a larger 1 studio unit, and can sleep up to 6. A great deal! Oct. 1- Nov. 15- $75/nt, 475/wk, 1350/mo. The condo has a large studio room, with 2 ful beds, and one full size futon couch in the living area. It has a kitchenette with utensils, dishes, pots and pans, microwave, refrigerator, broiler, burner, and coffee maker. The unit is fully furnished. There is a lovely balcony with patio chairs and a table. You can sit out and savor the lovely ocean view, or enjoy a scenic meal outdoors! Sleep to the soothing sounds of the ocean waves! There are marble floors throughout the condo. The condo is furnished with a telephone, TV with cable, DVD/VCR, A/C, fans, laundered towels and sheets, and it is professionally cleaned in between rentals. The Girasol condo complex has lifeguards, a convenience store and internet nearby, tour office, condo management office (with phone access for a fee), tennis courts, childrens pool, tennis courts, and private parking for guests. Its a perfect spot for families, or just the two of you! The condo is located at the top of the hotel zone, near the trendy nightclubs and entertainment zone. It has easy access to the bus lines that run up and down the main strip. Its in the top of the hotel zone, close to whats happening! Its a fantastic vacation spot! Fast food restaurants and fine dining are close by. You will be staying near many activities. You are close to fishing, boating, snorkeling, boogie boarding, swimming, golf courses, night clubs, entertainment, excellent restaurants, water parks, shopping centers, and flea markets. They are all only minutes away by taxi or bus. You can also visit Mayan ruins, jungle tours, swim with dolphins, or snorkel in the coral reefs. Visit Tulum (Mayan ruins), bargain shop at the flea markets, or, just take it easy and soak in the sun! The area has water sports of all kinds. You are close to fishing, boating, snorkeling, swimming, golf courses, night clubs, entertainment, excellent restaurants, water parks, shopping centers, and flea markets. They are all only minutes away by taxi or bus. You can also visit Mayan jungle tours, swim with dolphins, or snorkel in the coral reefs or Xel Ha. Visit Tulum or Chichen Itza (Mayan ruins), bargain shop at the flea markets, or, just take it easy and enjoy the sun! The sunrise and sunset are magnificent. Take a boat trip to Cozumel or Isla Mujeres, and snorkel or shop! Nearby Amenities: Groceries, Craft Shops, Beaches, Swimming, Sailing, Parasailing, Gym, Scuba, Caves.
