| Property Description: This property is located at Quintas del Mar Carretera Puerto Juarez-Punta Sam Super Manzana 86 CANCUN 77520, Quintana Roo, Mexico, and has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The average rate for renting this property is $600.00 per week. A swimming pool is available at the property. Available for use is internet facilities. Nearby attractions include a golf course. Smoking is permitted and pets are not allowed. There are two swiming pools, big gardens, private parking area, security, etc. From condo to downtown there are approx. 2 miles and to airport there must be 16. A private taxi from airport to condo is $45.-usd and the shared shuttle vans $12.- each aprox. Buses and taxis run and stop just in front of condos all day long approx every 15 mins. We are ocean front and this is a private complex, not a tourist resort. The majority are local families who stay here permanently like myself, so well be neighbours ! Loft units with queensize bed in bedroom and in loft, a fullsize bed + sofa-bed or extra twin bed. All have color T.V., radio-casette-cd player, fully equipped kitchenette, (micro and electric toaster-oven, blender, coffee maker, electric range, dishware, pots and pans, 20 lt. purified water jug...) linnen, bath and pool towels, hair dryer,iron, etc. Air conditioning, ceiling and floor fans and a balcony overlooking the Caribbean, Hotel Zone and beautiful Isla Mujeres ! The condos are within walking distance from very typical & picturesques restaurantes (like for locals) and from the PUERTO JUAREZ Ferries that take you to Isla Mujeres in a 15 min cross. Also from a laundry and a couple of small convenience stores. But downtown youll be able to find big chains of supermarkets, such as Sams Club, Wall-Mart, Costo, etc. and buses will take you there as well as to The Hotel Zone, from door of condo. The condo is also very near from some small ruins (El Meco), but there are plenty of main ones : Tulum, Chichenitza, Coba... within driving distance for a day trip tour. Ill give you a list of several options and I can also arrange your tours when you are here, should you be interested. There is plenty to do in Cancun: windsurf, water skiing, fishing, diving, snorkeling, golf, tennis, visiting ecoarcheological parks and enjoy a superb night life! Long winter lets (e.g. 3 months) at lower prices. There is a $300 US dollar security deposit required, which is fully refundable before you leave, assuming everything is in proper order. There is a cancellation fee of $110 US dollars. If cancelling within 60 days of stay, fee will be 25% of total and within 45 days, you will lose 50%. If the unit is re-booked, it will be credited toward your next reservation with me. |
