Villa Avlis location is quiet yet very near to all the main amenities of Coral Bay village which include several first class restaurants, bars, tavernas, supermarket and shops. In the village you will also find a doctor, a pharmacy and a bank. In short every necessary facility for the enjoyment of your holiday is very close yet your villa is both quiet and secluded. The unspoilt beauty of the Akamas Peninsula is within a 15 minute drive from your front door and the breathtaking scenery of the Troodos Mountains only about 80 minutes away . The Akamas is a treasure house for all who have an interest in Natural History being a World Heritage designated Wilderness Site; a place where the plant and animal life have evolved without chemical interference by man! During the Winter season, in the Troodos Mountains, you can go and ski or snowboard in the morning then return to Coral Bay for Sea Kayaking, for swimming or simply for sunbathing by your private pool! For the golfer there are 3 Championship 18 hole courses within easy reach. Tsada a twenty minute drive away, Aphrodite Hills and Secret Valley 40 minutes drive along the coast towards Limassol the main port of Cyprus. For the History Buff, the Incorrigible Clubber or the rest of us, the delights of Kato Paphos with its picturesque harbour are only 20 minutes drive (30 minutes by public transport) away. General Description The villa is has been designed, built and furnished to extremely high standards making it particularly appealing to the discerning client who demands high quality and outstanding location. Air Conditioning is fitted throughout to keep you cool through the long Cyprus summer. A very large and well appointed first floor sun terrace give access to superb sea views the ideal place to drink your sundowners as you watch the fabulous sunset. The large plot on which the villa is built has beautiful mature landscaped gardens. These gardens ensure the privacy of the pool area with its adjacent large BBQ. The whole outdoor area is very well maintained and equipped with sun-loungers, umbrellas, table and chairs etc. The 10m x 5m pool, with corner steps, is just right for cooling off between bouts of sun tanning. Ample car parking is provided. All that you need to keep your holiday home and clothing neat and tidy is provided. Extra Z beds, cots, high chairs and baby buggies are available at a small extra charge. Let us know your needs at time of booking and you will find what you asked for in the villa on your arrival. An ample supply of bedding and towels for normal use are also supplied but you will need to bring your own beach towels with you. A free welcome pack is provided on arrival and maid and pool service are provided on a weekly basis. Any information you need to make your stay a memorable experience; or assistance with booking of excursions or other desired activities is available through Ian, Lynne and Dick all of whom have lived in Cyprus for over 10 years. Our goal is your complete satisfaction with your holiday! Check in time is from 14:30 on the day of arrival and the apartment must be vacated by 11:00 on the day of departure. The Villa sleeps 6 Accommodation Ground Floor: Entry is via a very spacious lounge/dining area which is generously furnished with leather sofa and armchairs. The dining area is provided with a table and seats 6 in spacious comfort. For your entertainment the living room is equipped with Satellite TV with Sky decoder, DVD player (so bring your favourite DVDs with you) and a CD music system. The luxury kitchen has all new appliances including oven, hob extractor, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and large stainless steel fridge/freezer along with an ample supply of crockery cutlery and the usual utensils. There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, one double and one twin bedded, both with luxury en-suite shower units. There is also a separate cloakroom with WC and washbasin. First Floor: The master bedroom, with double bed, has a separate bathroom with a large Jacuzzi bath and shower over, hand basin and WC. This bedroom has direct access to a large sun terrace furnished with table and chairs. From this suntrap you have access to breathtaking panoramic views of the clear blue Mediterranean.
