This newly built top floor apartment is set in a quiet, small complex, a 10 minute stroll from Paphos Harbour.Cafe diner on site.shop on site. 15 minute drive from the airport and a 10 minute walk from all the superb restaurants, bars and nightclubs.It has the added advantage of a small cafe outside the complex as well as a corner type shop selling all your necessities. The apartment is furnished to an extremely high standard with a fully fitted kitchen including a washing machine. Bedroom 1 consists of a double bed with fitted wardrobes. Bedroom 2 consists of two single beds and fitted wardrobes. Both bedrooms lead out onto balconies.The lounge diner consists of 2 sofa beds, large dining table, TV, DVD and CD player and leads out onto a balcony overlooking the swimming pool and childrens pool.There is a bathrom with shower and also a seperate shower room as well.All rooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans and are all fitted with smoke alarms.The property has lift and stair access and is suitable for wheelchair access.Allocated shaded parking is also available underneath the building. Please note that the prices above are for 4 people occupancy.For 5-6 people occupancy please add 30 per person per week to the price above for over 12s.

This apartment and holiday far exceeded our expectations. The apartment has everything and is well situated to allow you to see all of Paphos. Air conditioning in all rooms, shaded parking area and a two pools which were immaculate and cleaned every morning. We hired a car and it was very easy to find from the airport, and took just fifteen minutes. We arrived to a welcome pack which was great and the owner has taken the time to research all the areas you may wish to visit and provided directions etc which was very helpful. There is a cafe/restaurant within 150 yards which served great food and the portions were huge. You can simply ring your order through and stroll down to collect it. I am convinced you could eat every day for a year in Paphos and still not try all of the restaurants it has to offer. There is an apartment manager who greeted us on our arrival and makes sure you have everything you need. He was extremely helpful and knows the island very well if you have any questions etc. We will be going back to this apartment very soon. The kids wanted me to buy a place they enjoyed it that much. In short a beautiful apartment in a beautiful area with everything you could need. We really did not want to come back ! You will not be dissapointed.
