Tranquil Fruition is the perfect accommodation for a Caribbean Island retreat. Kick off your shoes, relax in a home away from home, play in the sea, taste culinary delights, and end your day with a view of a romantic Caribbean sunset. Lovely breezy open Island House is bright and airy with original Cayman artwork. Looking through a two-story wall of glass from the foyer sitting nook with queen pull-out sofa and living room with cable TV/VCR, stereo /CD/cassette/telephone you see the Caribbean Sea. Turn around and see your screened-in-lanai, back yard and the lagoon in the distance through 20 of sliding glass doors. Adjoining the living room is the dining room and newly remodeled kitchen complete with microwave, toaster, blender, BBQ, and all necessary cooking tools. Off to the side is the half bath and laundry room with washer and dryer. The two story screened in lanai contains an informal dining area directly off the kitchen that provides an unobstructed view of your hand-raked sand back yard with tropical trees and shrubs leading to the pool, boat dock, and shoreline of the lagoon. Sleeping accommodations are perfect for one, two or three couples or a family up to six people. The bedrooms, located on the second story, consist of two self-contained master suites each with a king bed, full bathroom with shower and tub, walk-in closet, clock radio, and sliding glass doors opening on to a private screened-in-balcony. Both rooms have lagoon South and Caribbean North views. One bedroom contains a remote control color TV. The sleeper sofa located in the sun room can be used as a third sleeping accommodation.
