One Bedroom Office or our Junior 2 Bedroom has 1 Large Bedroom Office/2ND Bedroom, 800sq. ft. with full kitchen, living room with sofa bed, dining area, and second bedroom with office desk, book case and Captains bed. A Captains bed is a standard size single bed but with drawers under the bed. It is located in the Office/2ND Bedroom and is suitable for an adult or a child. This suite can sleep a family of five. Actual unit is pictured on the website. The apartments are comfortably furnished, completely equipped, accessorized and fully serviced. Each furnished suite comes complete with large kitchen including table, full size 30 in. appliances, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and all cooking utensils. Additional item are available on request such as large roaster, blender, or rice cooker. We also provide all furnishing, housewares, linens, 450 Channel Satellite TV/Radio, utilities, apartment controlled air conditioning and heating, in house laundry facilities and complimentary local phone calls as well as optional housekeeping services and wireless Hi-speed 5.0Mbps Internet. Our suites are significantly less than the price of a downtown Toronto motel/hotel room. Rates are based on season, length of stay, number in your group and size of unit. Stays of over 30 days are exempt from 15 taxes. At 800 and 1,000 sq. ft. our apartments are much larger than standard hotel rooms or suite hotels. Compare, you will find most do not volunteer or provide unit size. We are located just south of the Old Mill Subway Station in the Kingsway area of Toronto.
