The waterfront at the beach is sandy and the water is shallow for a long distance from the shore. At the front of the cottage there is a porch and a large wooden deck in the back yard, just perfect for that afternoon break. The main floor features an large open concept living room, kitchen, eating area and a gas fireplace. Two bedrooms are on the higher level with two full bathrooms and a Jacuzzi tub. A year-round vacation home. One more large bedroom with double bed and patio doors leading to the garden on lower level with full bathroom and laundry room available upon request.
