All utilities, towels, bedding, dishes, cookware, all the small appliances, fridge, stove, microwave, full size laundry, Local phone calls, High Speed internet connection and satellite TV, are included. Credit Card required and there is a cancellation policy. Minimum charge 7 nights. There is a $50 post departure cleaning fee applied to all bookings.
