| Property Description: This charming little cottage, located on St. Georges Cay in the settlement of Spanish Wells, has been completely renovated in keeping with the traditional style of pastel painted houses found in this village of superb fishermen. From the cottage you have a short 5 minute walk to a beautiful soft white sand beach where you can often find delicate sand dollar shells buried just beneath the surface in the water. The cottage is comfortable and inviting with 2 bedrooms, a living room that contains a pullout futon for additional sleeping space for 2 persons, a dining nook and a colourful and cosy kitchen. Outside is a nice sized garden and a small shaded veranda in the front of the cottage for relaxing after a day at the beach. There is also a BBQ grill perfect for grilling fresh fish caught either by you or bought from the local fisherman. The cottage comes with two bicycles and although the supermarket is probably the one place the furthest away from the cottage, there is no real need for transportation as everything is within walking distance. The local mode of transportation is the golf cart and you can always rent one for a few days if you want to have some fun going up and down the two main streets of Spanish Wells or want to visit the small island adjacent which is connected by a short bridge and is mainly residential.
