Villa IntimaSea, located in Chocolate Bay on the beautiful island of St. John, U.S. Virgin islands, is the ultimate in intimate island vacation spots. At Villa IntimaSea you are invited to sit back, kick your feet up and relax where the sky meets the Caribbean Sea while you sit on new Brown Jordan furniture on huge covered decks.The 180 degree panoramic views include sunrise, four Caribbean Bays, and sunset over St. Thomas. Villa IntimaSea is a beautiful villa with full air conditioning everywhere. Enjoy an array of shooting stars as you unwind in Villa IntimaSeas plunge pool with waterfall both skillfully blended into the natural landscaping as well as a large, new Jacuzzi. The colorful bougainvillea lined driveway to Villa IntimaSea barely hints at the pleasant surprises that await you behind the villa entrance gates and Mahogany doors. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove and oven, as well as a microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator with automatic ice maker and counterside stools for catching a quick snack. In addition, two bedrooms come with their own Kitchenettes! While enjoying the privacy at Villa IntimaSea you have quick and easy access, just a five minute drive, to Cruz Bay with wonderful shopping, restaurants, and fabulous night life. Reservations and Confirmation: A 50% deposit of gross rental plus the U.S. Virgin Islands hotel tax (8%) is due 15 days after verbal confirmation of the reservation. When deposit is received, a written confirmation will be mailed, emailed, or faxed. Payment Methods We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Check & Money Order Final balance is due 60 days prior to travel date. EXCEPTION: final payment for Thanksgiving/Christmas/New Years is due 120 days prior to arrival. If reservation is made less than 60 days before arrival, total payment is due no later than 5 days after verbal confirmation of reservation. Capacity of Villa: The total number of guests permitted in the Villa anytime is restricted to the number of guests who have been scheduled and who have paid. If additional guests stay over the number scheduled, $250 per additional guest will be charged, part of which may be taken from the deposit. The standard capacity of the Villa is 8. Beyond the standard capacity of the Villa, up to two children who sleep in cribs may stay at an additional cost of $100 each. However, this must be scheduled when the reservation is made. Damage Deposit: A $1000 damage deposit is due upon arrival and may be paid in cash or by a check. Deposit will be refunded less any damage, smoking cleanup, etc. and less charges for long distance calls made during your stay. |
